The YardHomes Home Expansion Lease Program (Y-HELP) connects low income veterans eligible for the HUD-VASH rental voucher with compact YardHomes ADUs. Hosts who agree to accept such residents for a minimum time horizon benefit from low-cost financing options and are deeded the paid off ADU after completing the program.
